BARBELL CLUB: WEIGHTLIFTING

Our Weightlifting classes are tailored to individuals looking to improve their technique and strength in the Olympic weightlifting movements: snatch and clean & jerk. 

Participants will learn proper form and progress in their lifting abilities in these technical lifts following a structured program. These classes are beneficial for individuals looking to compete in weightlifting, enhance their athletic performance or simply improve their physical well-being in a fun style of lifting.
