Unlock new levels of body control, strength, and balance in our Calisthenics: Handstands and Rings class! This dynamic session is designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. You’ll develop foundational skills in handstands and master basic to advanced movements on gymnastic rings, all in a supportive, step-by-step environment.

What to expect:

  • Handstand Progressions: Learn proper alignment, balance drills, and techniques to safely build your freestanding handstand.

    Rings Training: Build upper body and core strength while exploring ring supports, dips, rows, and more.

    Mobility & Conditioning: Improve shoulder mobility, wrist health, and overall body coordination.
